No time like today....

Wow, the last couple of weeks have been full. So ready for a couple of days of down time. Hopefully I can work that in soon. Scott has been busy with work.. that is a good thing. Seems like I still have not gotten caught up from when the girls were home, but that is ok... one day at a time. I will get there.

We lost a wonderful faithful memeber of our family. We had to have Rocky put down. He got really sick. We tried everything. He was so young. He was only 6 1/2 years old. That was a hard day. I took him to the vet and he just laid in my arms. Looked at me with those sad eyes. But he was so sick. It was a sad day.

A week before we took in an 8 month old male boxer puppy named Gunner. Well he is very tall and about 75lbs. We took him in to find him a new home... well long story short, one hole in the couch and our patio furnuture eaten... and afraid to give him to anyone we know.. he now has a crate big enough for 3 dogs sitting in my living room... I think this means we have a new dog. :(

Sam is keeping busy with school, work, bible study. Looking ahead to try to plan for summer already. Ryan is doing the same, she has not found work yet, but had gotten her first acceptance letter for Grad school from Washington University in St. Louis. They have offered her a very good package. We will see if she gets acceptance any where else so she can make her decisions.

We had Pastor Juan Santos from the DR in this week. His family is such a joy to be around. He preached the house down last night and ministered DR style.

We are snowed in today. Good old South. They so don't know how to handle this. But that is ok, gives me the chance to update my blog.. lol. I don't like this kind of weather at all. But that is just who I am.

Well that is all for now. Till next time. God Bless and stay warm.
